Macsteel Flanges is the largest flange manufacturer in Southern Africa.  It boasts one of the most sophisticated flange manufacturing plants in the Southern Hemisphere.  Plate is cut by electronic profile cutting machines and then machined on N C Lathes and drilled on multi spindle drilling machines.

The company is situated in Nuffield, Springs on the East Rand. 

We manufacture flanges to order and distribute to Pipe Distributors and leading merchants countrywide.  Quality products and excellent service continue to place the company in a commanding position in its industry.

Product Range

Macsteel Flanges manufactures a full range of flanges from 15mm to 3000mm nominal bore to various specifications including BS4504, BS10, ANSI, DIN, AWWA and SABS1123.  We also manufacture galvanised backing flanges for the HDPE industry and all special requirements specified by clients.

The majority of our flanges are manufactured from 300 WA and BS1501 / 161 grade 430A grade steel.  More specialised steel qualities are available on application.
